Katie Shah is a program officer with the Community Solutions Program (CSP) in the Leadership Practice. Her work focuses on supporting young change makers to expand their impact in their home communities. In her role, Katie coordinates the alumni engagement component of the program including alumni grants and gathering.

Prior to joining the CSP team, Katie served as an intern on the Young Leaders of the America’s Initiative (YLAI) both at IREX and Meridian International Center. She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic. In this role, Katie supported early literacy development, organized regional conferences, and engaged youth in community development projects.

Katie holds a BA in international affairs from George Washington University.
