Keandre works in the artisan products sector as the Founder and CEO of Ojedi Organics. For females aged eighteen to fifty-five who want effective and safe organic products, Ojedi Organics is an artisan skincare and hair care company offering all-natural ingredients free of harmful chemicals and toxins. Keandre’s main short-term goal is to grow the company's customer base in a different country. Ultimately, the long-term goal is to expand the company globally and increase its social impact. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Keandre’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion, as the company operates in Saint Kitts and Nevis, a relatively small market. During the Fellowship Placement, Keandre hopes to gain knowledge and improve their communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
