Ken Lennon Ramdhan
As the Project Lead-Parenting Education of Families in Action, Ken Ramdhan leads all parenting education at a national and regional level; co-collaborates; and facilitates in the design, implementation and evaluation of building community resilience, tolerance, and conflict resolution initiatives for migrants and refugees in Trinidad and Tobago. While in the U.S., Ramdhan worked with My Block, My Hood, My City in Chicago, Illinois, where he coordinated and scheduled the Explorers Program, and assisted in 1-4 explorations each for underserved students outside of their immediate community, and assisted with proposal writing and funding. Since his return to Trinidad and Tobago, Ramdhan has focused his efforts on the Community Resilience Initiative, a USAID-funded project to help build community resilience and tolerance of the Trinbagonian population towards the influx of Venezuelan migrants and refugees and the Building Bridges Project, a project targeting underserved schools and communities across Trinidad using a holistic systems approach.
