Kenji works in the Architecture and Construction sector, leading Qincha, an affordablehousing company, as the junior architect. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Kenji’s top business challenge is social impact. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to strengthen their leadership, improve their company’s productivity and efficiency, and generate support networks with international organizations interested in improving individuals’ quality of life through access to decent housing.
