Ketevan Khutsishvili is the Supervisor of Direction at the International Law Institute of Tbilisi State University. She is responsible for planning research agenda for faculty, organizing curriculum for post-graduate studies, managing the library of international law, and planning the academic calendar. Ketevan is also highly involved in the fight against human trafficking and was appointed by the UN Secretary General to serve on the Board of Trustees for the UN Voluntary Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking. Ketevan holds a PhD in Law from Tbilisi State University as well as MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics. During her UASP fellowship, Ketevan will focus on academic department management.
