As the Founder of Xensitive Care Ltd., Kimone Knight has experience in strategic planning and organization of resources to meet the company’s goals. During the fellowship, Kimone aims to learn about how to build and maintain customer relationships and partnerships and how to develop effective marketing and sales strategies. Upon returning to Jamaica, Kimone plans to scale her company to export to more regional and global markets in the next six months while having a meaningful impact on their local community.
