As a Program and Communication Officer for Bhutan Transparency Initiative, Kinley Drukpa has experience planning, organizing and implementing youth engagement programs and developing advocacy materials on integrity and anti-corruption. Upon returning to Bhutan, Kinley plans to continue to encourage youth engagement in governance and social work. Kinley will be placed with The League of Women Voters in St. Paul, Minnesota where he will be enhancing programs aimed at enhancing participation in government and the election process through education and advocacy.
