As a Manager for Changjiji Youth Center, Kinley Phub has experience developing a national program called “Young Girls Circle” to provide a safe space for girls in the community to express themselves and learn from each other's experiences. For his follow-on project in Bhutan, Kinley plans to expand on the Young Girls Circle program and provide resilience-building skills for young girls.

Kinley will be placed at Pace Center for Girls in Jacksonville, FL to share knowledge and information on developing strategic planning to implement resilience-building skills and leadership development programs among young girls and women in the community.
