Leen Kawar is a Senior Program Officer for the Global Solutions program in the education practice. She mainly manages the day-to-day activities of the Global Solutions program which is virtual exchange initiative that supports workforce development in the U.S., Iraq and Jordan through two programs: Global Solutions Sustainability Challenge & Global Solutions Conversations.

Before joining IREX, Leen worked as an HR specialist at an IB International School in Jordan supporting all aspects of recruitment, training, performance management in addition to pay and benefits. Before that Leen worked as a Training Coordinator for the IREX implemented Jordan Media Strengthening Program funded by USAID.

Leen holds a BA in French Language and Literature from the Jordan University. Leen speaks Arabic, English and French.
