As an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instructor, Lester Herrarte has experience teaching EFL to students and empowering young women to reach their potential and help their local communities. Lester Herrarte is placed at Partners in Restorative Initiatives in Rochester, NY, where he plans to learn, adapt, and apply their restorative justice practices in his home setting to help reduce inequalities and foster relationships based on acceptance, inclusion, and tolerance.
