Lily Wiggins is a deputy project director for the Community Engagement Exchange and Community Solutions Program.

In this role, Lily oversees the curriculum development, Community Leadership Institute and Leadership Academy, and communications components of the programs. Lily also oversees in-person events and programmatic reporting.

Before joining IREX, Lily was a program manager at AFS Intercultural Programs where she oversaw the implementation of three U.S. Department of State youth exchange programs, the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program, the Future Leaders Exchange Program, and the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange. Prior to that, Lily served for two years as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Indonesia, which is where she first discovered her love for educational and cultural exchange.

Lily holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Pitzer College.
