As a Managing Partner for Azaí Consultores SAS, Lina P. Tangarife has experience in fundraising, strategic planning, drafting financial and strategic models that create a sustainable model for the company, innovation processes, volunteer management design, and theory of change definition. During the fellowship, Lina aims to learn about strategies for business models, innovation methodologies, and acceleration processes. Upon returning to Colombia, she plans to build programs to support NGOs and social entrepreneurs, enabling them to improve their strategies. She also seeks to learn new skills to be a better leader and guide the business to operational excellence as she implements new ways to manage the company’s team and enables them to achieve their financial goals.
