As the president for the Access Alumni Association in Kyrgyzstan, Lira Momunalieva has experience solving community issues and leading the NGO working on youth development of far and rural areas of KG. For her CSP practicum, Lira collaborated with with LeadMN - College Students Connecting for Change in Saint Paul, Minnesota where she worked on alumni engagement, fundraising, civic engagement, research, and development. For her follow-on project in Kyrgyzstan, Lira plans to execute project "I have a Right" that will focus on youth with adverse life situations with a rights-based approach.
