As the Founder of Regal, Lisa Jude Georges has experience in various aspects of monitoring the peanut value chain in Haiti. During the fellowship, Lisa aims to learn new skills to face her challenges and build a sustainable business that will have a social impact. During the fellowship, she hopes to develop the skillsets necessary to better serve her business and her community. As she learns to interact more effectively with a cross-section of people from different nations and diverse backgrounds and business interests in the context of cross-cultural activities, this will enhance her ability to work with clients of all demographics. Upon her return to Haiti, she will put the knowledge gained from the fellowship into practice as she expands the range of products she provides as healthy alternatives for busy professionals in Haiti.
