Lisema Masheane has over 4 years of experience in vehicle telematics industry and 3 years occupying a leadership role in an organization that seeks to empower youth. Currently, Lisema is the managing director and partner for Tracker Lesotho, a fleet management and stolen vehicle recovery company.  He is also the Chairperson of the Global Business Roundtable Future Leaders (GBR-FL) chapter in Lesotho, an organization that  focuses on the holistic development of a person in areas of business leadership and skills training, Trade and Investment opportunities, mentorship and networking opportunities. Lisema holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Lisema plans to continue his work at Tracker Lesotho as well as GBR-FL and aims to launch several more GBR-FL chapters in tertiary institutions and schools.  He also intends to expand business and branch into new business sectors.
