As a Project Manager for Terre des hommes - Lausanne, Ma Khant has experience managing community-based projects and promoting community development through training and participatory workshops for community members. Ma Khant is placed at Center for Women's Leadership at Portland State University in Portland, OR, where she will help develop curriculum for programs focused on young women's leadership and strategies for impact measurement. Upon returning to Burma/Myanmar, Ma Khant plans to establish an initiative that strengthens the capacity and voices of women in her community.
