Madeleine works in the Cosmetics sector at Baby Earth Skin Care, leading as a development practitioner at an all-natural, environmentally friendly company. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Madeleine’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, the fellow hopes to strengthen their capabilities as a female entrepreneur, directly address their business challenges, and devise a supportive network of like-minded individuals to develop regional investment opportunities.
