As a Volunteer for Life Vision Foundation for Development, Maged provides help in the startup of a social business in Minya. Maged is an expert in entrepreneurship for good and corporate social responsibility and has developed skills in financial and business management, interpersonal relationships and cross cultural education. During his fellowship in the United States, Maged hopes to learn about social entrepreneurship while also developing his skills in writing a business plan, building public-private partnerships and effective outreach and fundraising strategies. Upon returning to Egypt, Maged plans to establish a local non-governmental organization focused on empowering and increasing entrepreneurial capabilities of low-income families by supporting and helping them to be financially self-sufficient.
