Marcus works in the Community Development sector, leading Lamina POP. Marcus is an environmental financier and economist drawing on the power of technology to tackle and address injustices across housing, climate, and education spaces in Guatemala. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Marcus’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about strategic design, growth hacking, impact investing, and on- the-ground delivery. In addition, Markus would like to establish strong community links and meet like-minded, passionate leaders to foster a sense of empathy and support.
