Maria José works in the Agriculture and Animal Care sector as a beekeeper, leading Pollen Keepers, a company that produces high-quality honey and other hive products. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Maria José’s top business challenge is operations. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to develop strong leadership skills in this new business model they are creating and to export their products in the US in the future.
