Maria works in the Business Services sector at Bancolombia – Innovation and Sustainability VP. Maria is a social innovation expert for the inclusion of rural communities in business opportunities and entrepreneurial activity. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Maria’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to gain knowledge of other philanthropic organizations aligned with corporate businesses and how they influence their commercial and business units to include traditionally excluded communities.
