Mariano Codoner
Mariano works in the Food and Beverage sector as a profesional restaurant manager and chef pizzaiolo, leading Terra Nostra, a non-traditional gourmet pizzeria. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, they hope to learn how to expand their brand and vision to new horizons and strike a balance between a profitable restaurant business that values its employees and equal opportunity.
