Mary Tizikara is the Manager of Human Resources at Makerere University in Uganda. She has 20 years of administrative and human resources experience in higher education, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, as well as performance management. Mary has a MA in Higher Education Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She plans to improve human resources operations, improve staff retention and develop and use best practices.
