Mauricio works in the transportation sector as the Director of La Sanlorenzana S.A. For those aged twelve to sixty and above who rely on public transport, La Sanlorenzana S.A. provides affordable options, enabling passengers to reach their destination at a reasonable price. Mauricio’s short-term aim is to provide quality and efficient transportation, while their long-term goal is to promote innovation in the sector for new technologies and more streamlined modes of transportation. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Mauricio’s top business challenge is Law and Policy. More specifically, they hope to find innovative and inclusive methods for improving the public transport system. During the Fellowship Placement, Mauricio hopes to gain knowledge from similar business models in the industry, learning from experience and adopting successful practices.
