As the Project Officer of SDCMU-SEIP, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, Md Nurunnabi contributes to impart market-responsive, job-focused, and inclusive TVET training for the male and female aged 15 and over; ensures quality TVET training by providing training to the managers,  assessors and the instructors; and assists with developing and strengthening skills development institutions around the country. While in the U.S., Nurunnabi worked with ONABEN - Our Native American Business Network in Oklahoma, where he facilitated professional development training for the staff on inclusive entrepreneurship development, motivated unemployed youth tribes to have vocational training, and assisted the Executive Director in various action research projects on entrepreneurship development and technology-enhanced teaching and learning for the underprivileged community. Since his return to Bangladesh, Nurunnabi has focused his efforts on the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) that aims to impart market responsive, job focused, and inclusive TVET training for unemployed females and males aged 15 and over in 11 priority sectors and assisting with the implementation of a women’s entrepreneurship development training.
