As the CEO and Founder of Meps Interpretes SRL, Melqui Pérez has experience in leading a work team and developing strategic plans to execute inclusion projects for people with disabilities. During the fellowship, Melqui aims to learn about advanced strategies to position the company to expand the client portfolio, incorporating business strategies and techniques to enforce legal provisions for persons with disabilities. Upon returning to the Dominican Republic, Melqui plans to lead an inclusion campaign, specifically for people with a hearing impairment, to make all services accessible.
