Michelle Eunice works in the design and construction sector as the Creative Director and CMO of Creatio. For managers and business owners in their mid-thirties to sixties who want to generate more sales by creating meaningful experiences or a better work environment for their employees and improve productivity, Creatio is a design and construction company that helps its clients make their ideas a reality. Michelle Eunice’s short-term aim is to grow their team so they can take on larger and more challenging projects and, in the long-term, to expand their design and construction services in the Central American region. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Michelle Eunice’s top business challenge is Finance. More specifically, cash flow is a current challenge due to clients being late with their payments. During the Fellowship Placement, Michelle Eunice hopes to learn about the initial stages of design, how to negotiate with clients regarding payment schedules, and how to keep a healthy and motivated team.
