Miriam Okotta
As a youth trainer and lead psychologist for World Youth Alliance and The Sane Project, Miriam Okotta has experience as a project psychologist with a track record in the successful execution of projects in mental health, education, and advocacy. For her CSP practicum, Miriam collaborated with Cancer Support Community Montana in Bozeman, Montana to develop a peer connection program and a graduation/advocacy program for participants. For her follow-on project in Kenya, Miriam plans to make mental health accessible through subsidized psychosocial support services, psychoeducation, and research on mental healthcare.
