As an Action Research & Learning Specialist for Tammey for Youth Development, Mohamed works on designing participatory action learning processes with youth and local communities. Mohamed is an expert in youth development and participation and has developed skills in designing youth education programs, developing youth-focused research, and managing youth enabling spaces. During his fellowship in the United States, Mohamed hopes to learn about youth movements while also developing his skills in mobilizing and organizing communities. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Mohamed Salman plans to engage youth and create an enabling environment for them to participate in their community.
