As the Executive Director for Hathay Bunano Proshikon Society, Mohammad Rayhan Kabir has experience implementing fair trade principles by establishing sustainable businesses to economically empower rural women. Upon returning to Bangladesh, Mohammad Rayhan plans to establish a sustainable rural business package for disadvantaged women that will break the chain of poverty in Bangladesh. Rayhan will be placed at Fashionable, Inc. (ABLE) in Nashville, Tennessee working on behalf of the brand to empower and invest in women who have overcome extraordinary circumstances by conducting high-level strategic planning for geographic diversification of sourcing, as well as streamlining in-house manufacturing.
