As a Lawyer and Co-Founder of Affront Colletive, Monique Rodrigues do Prado has experience in impacting the lives of black women by valuing their skills, uniting the community, and keeping Afro-Brazilian culture alive using oral communication, technology, and instrumental activities. During the fellowship, Monique aims to learn from the experts and instructors and to exchange with fellows whom she meets there. Upon returning to Brazil, Monique plans to have the financial organization, strategy, and business plan to make the project a stable social business.
