Moreblessing Gwavuya is the founder, trustee, and the current programs director for Breakthrough Youth Zimbabwe, an organization he formed after his participation in the Community Solutions Program. Moreblessing has participated in various high profile leadership conferences, workshops, and seminars, and has engaged in various regional peer exchanges in Zambia, South Africa, and Kenya. As a fellow at Breakthrough Urban Ministries in Chicago, Illinois, Gwavuya gained knowledge in preparing and organizing sports events. His Breakthrough programing skills were significantly enhanced as well. Having returned from the Community Solutions Program, he has focused his work on bringing about positive sustainable peace through the power and popularity of sports for development.
