As the Project Coordinator of NAHNOO, Mostafa Baydoun manages the grassroot initiatives and volunteer network, handles procurement, and ensures that transparency is respected when procuring goods and services. While in the U.S., Baydoun worked with Youth Service America in Washington D.C., where he wrote blog posts about recent youth-led initiatives in the U.S. and globally, reached out to potential partners, and created a database of all schools and organizations in different cities in the U.S. Since his return to Lebanon, Baydoun has focused his efforts on UNDP MSR (Mechanisms for Social Resilience), aiming to help develop local initiatives in different areas around Lebanon by engaging in capacity building training and conflict system analysis and Active Citizens by British Council, a program that aims to build the capacities of underprivileged youth in areas where violent conflict is present.
