As a Founder for ARCO (Ações para Reciclagem e Compostagem), Natália Pietzsch has experience in solid waste management, environmental engineering, and business management and strategy. During the fellowship, Natália aims to learn about business strategy, scaling the business, team building, and innovative technologies for solid waste management. Upon returning to Brazil, Natália plans to enhance the company’s operations by introducing more innovative technology and digital resources based on a better understanding of the financial and operational viability to expand her business.
