Natalia works in the energy and environment sector as the CEO of Espora Consultora. For companies within Chilean Patagonia interested in becoming more sustainable, innovative, and profitable, Espora Consultora is a consultancy company that designs circular economy strategies and tackles sustainability issues by using fewer resources, adding value to waste by creating products via upcycling, and establishing renewable energy projects. Natalia aims to grow their team in the short term and ultimately to expand the company’s services. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Natalia’s top business challenge is Talent. More specifically, they are seeking to create and maintain a motivated and focused team. During the Fellowship Placement, Natalia hopes to gain experience and improve their leadership skills.
