As a Founder and Social Expert for Boresha Elimu Hub, Nathalia Ayub Nkya has experience empowering secondary school girls through education by offering career guidance and sexual, reproductive, hygiene, education, life, and leadership skills training. For her follow-on project in Tanzania, Nathalia plans to continue engaging with key stakeholders of girls' education such as parents, teachers, and policymakers while also conducting more educational workshops for girls in public secondary schools.

Nathalia will be placed at Career Girls in San Francisco, CA to apply her experience with girls' education to create participatory programs that align with Career Girls' content and goals.
