Nicolas works in the business services sector as the General Manager of BluFox SRL. For businesses or individuals who hold large events, BluFox SRL is a wide-scale events production company offering promotion, logistics, audiovisual and digital content creation, systems development, technological systems, and sales and data management. Nicolas aims to have BluFox SRL be the most efficient company in data management for other businesses in the short term and, ultimately, be the most influential technology, data management, and business services company in the region. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Nicolas’s top business challenge is Marketing and Sales. More specifically, one of Blufox’s challenges is converting from a company serving individuals and families to providing services to other companies, particularly SMEs that need specialized assistance to grow, innovate, and make the leap to digitization. During the Fellowship Placement, Nicolas hopes to acquire the practical knowledge and skills to transform and grow BluFox.
