As the communications officer at Palmis Mikwofinans Sosyal/Entrepreneurs du Monde, an international non-profit organization providing financial and social services to poor micro-entrepreneurs to improve their quality of life, Nicxon Digacin develops communication strategies and training modules for beneficiaries, 90% of whom are women. During his fellowship in the United States, he hopes to learn more about the socio-economic integration of women, particularly women in rural areas. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Digacin plans to develop a sensitization project in specific rural areas about gender equality and its importance in the socio-economic development of the community.
