As a Project Specialist in EBRD, Nigora Davlyatova manages advisory projects through the stages of conception, implementation, completion, and impact evaluation. She manages portfolios of ongoing projects to ensure they contribute to raising the quality of SBS projects in the country. Davlyatova helps small and medium-sized businesses to grow and become genuine catalysts for their local economies by providing access to local and international experts. While in the U.S., Davlyatova worked with the National Youth Chamber of Commerce in Raleigh, North Carolina, learning best practices in youth entrepreneurship, running business incubators, and community service. She also organized the Help Homeless campaign, met with partner NGOs, and participated in business development trainings. Following the Community Solutions Program, she worked to create a business mentorship program for young entrepreneurs and establishing business incubators in her home country.
