Nikoloz Kavelashvili is the Deputy Head of Administration, Chief Financial Officer and an Associate Professor at Ilia State University. Prior to his current role, Nikoloz was the Director of the Georgian Regional Development Fund, a project of the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund. Nikoloz holds a PhD in Business Administration from Ilia State University, a MA in Economics and Finance from State University of New York at Binghamton, and a MS in Physics from Tbilisi State University. During his UASP fellowship, Nikoloz will be pursuing a management focus on university financing and intends to develop a more effective and efficient human resource system and student financial database at Ilia State University.
