Norma works in the Artisan Products sector, leading Accesorios JARA, a handbag and footwear company, as an economist and industrial designer. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Norma’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about problem solving and creating alliances related to managing funds to promote the social well-being of the community.
