Oduolayinka Osunloye is a youth technical advisor with the Strategy & Development Group (SDG) in the New Business Development Unit (NBDU).

Oduolayinka has experience working on projects targeted at youth, education, women and the girl child in Nigeria.

Prior to joining IREX, Oduolayinka worked on improving the education and employment outcomes of young people across Nigeria by designing and overseeing the implementation of programs focused on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial and digital literacy.

Oduolayinka holds a bachelor’s degree in business and global politics and a certificate in international business and political studies from Arizona State University.
