Oleg Bresky is the Head of the Academic Department of Law at the European Humanities University in Vilnius, Lithuania. His role involves the overall management of the department; supervising research administrative activities; and providing guidance to students. Oleg holds a Ph.D. in Law from Moscow State University in Russia. During his UASP fellowship, Oleg will be focusing on academic department management as it relates to strategic planning, effective management, networking, and fundraising.
