As the program manager for ALFeLa – Legal Aid for Women and Children, Olinda Cardoso is responsible for organizational development, donor relationships and compliance, and monitoring and evaluation. During her fellowship in the United States, Cardoso hopes to learn more about donor relations and monitoring and evaluation tools and methods. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Cardoso plan is to increase ALFeLa staff’s knowledge on leadership and legal education.
