As a project manager for the Rucka Art Foundation, Oskars Goba has experience working with social and environmental issues through various culture and sustainability projects. For his CSP practicum, Oskars collaboratd with Open Source Gallery in Brooklyn, New York where he worked to improve accessibility in both the gallery and arts education programs. For his follow-on project in Latvia, Oskars plans to foster connections between artists and communities, especially marginalized groups, to support the growth of communities and professionals in the cultural sector.
