Paola works in the Energy and Environment sector leading CiMa Pedasí Foundation. The fellow is a strategic planner, market researcher, data analyst, and product developer working to educate people in the public, private, and non-profit sectors on how to preserve nature and reduce their consumption. CiMa Pedasí Foundation gives presentations at schools, removes waste from beaches, and is involved in ecotourism. Their products are unique because they are the only ones in the area who are focused on circular economics and recycling. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Paola’s top business challenge is Finance.
