As the Social Performance, Research, and Communications Officer of The First MicroFinanceBank, Parvina Navruzova works with partners on mutual programs that provide social benefits to clients, carries out customer satisfaction surveys among current and potential clients, and leads internal and external communication. While in the U.S., Navruzova worked with Ayuda in Washington D.C., where she assisted with events management; fundraising; preparing foundation and corporate grant reports; and supported the development and execution of strategic communication. Since her return to Tajikistan, Navruzova has focused her efforts on working as a project champion in partnership with IFC to promote the Electronic Digital Financial Literacy program throughout Tajikistan by monitoring trainers at branches and carrying out field visits to remote areas to make sure everyone has access to digital services and can perform transactions online. She is also part of the Women in Business programme of EBRD to promote entrepreneurship among women.
