As the PR Officer of Gheorghe Sincai County Library, Paul Zot leads the communication and promotion of events, manages social media and public relations, and leads presentations at national and international events. While in the U.S., Zot worked with Libraries Without Borders in Washington, D.C., where he designed and evaluated national and international development programs, represented the organization at international conferences and congresses, and managed communication and social media. Since his return to Romania, Zot leads a literacy program at the local library, where he brings 3rd and 4th-grade students to a reading club in several foreign languages and introduces high school and university students to new languages and books.
