As the Founder of Noteikin, Paulina Molina has experience in creating strategic objectives and the design of technological products and prototyping for the visually impaired. During the fellowship, Paulina aims to learn advanced approaches to developing more consistent products and services and to better manage issues related to operations. Upon returning to Chile, Paulina plans to lead the quality and improvement processes of upcoming products as they are scheduled to be developed by Noteikin.
