The Gluten-Free Factory sells specialized gluten-free and allergen-free products to the main hotel, gastronomic and retail companies. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Paulo’s top business challenge is the scaling and expansion of his company, he also aims to find new business opportunities in the US.
